Women Leadership in Business Foundation, in association with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Warsaw School of Economics and SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities, is preparing the next edition of the report on women’s share in corporate governing bodies in Poland.
The purpose of this year’s report is to highlight the current representation of women in the board structures of WSE-listed companies and to analyze changes from the Foundation’s survey conducted in 2016.
The moral and business case for diverse leadership is clear. However, the Foundation’s initial analysis and interviews already indicate that there is still much work to be done to dismantle the barriers that prevent women from climbing to the top. Companies have a critical role to play in building an inclusive economy that enables all talents to thrive, regardless of gender.
