The main issues to be addressed in the speech will be the presentation of the most important challenges related to the implementation of AML obligations among financial institutions in Poland and the estimation of the costs involved against the background of international experience. In foreign markets, one of the ways in which financial institutions try to take care of the quality of the AML processes implemented and the use of cost synergies is the establishment of AML centers. As part of the introductory speech, we will summarize the international experience and point out similarities and differences with the solutions developed in Poland and around the world. After the introductory speech, we will invite representatives of financial institutions, ZBP and KIR to share their experiences.  In the form of a debate, we will discuss the biggest challenges in the sector, and their impact on the way AML functions, including AML centers, operate.
