Traditionally, for the third year in a row, the European Financial Congress hosts the premiere of Green Finance in Poland. Encouraged by the good reception in the previous years, the Responsible Finance Institute (IOF) and UNGC Poland decided to report on the implementation of green finance in Poland on an annual basis. Like last year, this year’s edition includes articles discussing sustainable (or green) finance from different points of view, but in the context of Poland. This time, the authors devoted more space to green budgeting, dynamic regulatory changes and the still significant challenges posed by the green transition. The Polish financial sector is strongly represented. Results of a survey of its participants on preparation for the green transition are also discussed.
