The modern definition of corporate governance indicates that it is not just directing the activities of SOEs to maximize narrowly defined economic efficiency, but also shaping the trust and responsibility of the company towards internal and external stakeholders, necessary to promote long-term investment, financial stability and business integrity as factors supporting sustainable economic development and building an inclusive society.
The keynote speech and debate will be devoted to both practical examples and guidelines for modeling and organizing the board’s work in dealing with owners, management, internal cells and external stakeholders. In particular, issues of the adequacy of regulatory solutions, including accountability and legal culture in the work of company boards, competence requirements of board members, and the substantive structure of board teams will be addressed
Participants in the debate have in their professional portfolio extensive practical experience, domestic and foreign, both in managerial and supervisory positions.
