She has been with EY (prior to the merger with Arthur Andersen in 2002) for over 25 years (with breaks for other professional challenges). Her career has been in audit, assurance, accounting standards and the organization of finance functions. She is a member of the Accounting Standards Committee appointed by the Minister of Finance and holds the professional designations of Certified Auditor, ACCA and CIA. She was a member of the Technical Expert Group of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) for 6 years. As President of the Women Leadership in Business Foundation, she promotes partnership between women and men in business. She believes that having women in professional roles is important and brings tangible benefits to organizations. She is committed to creating a positive, everyday professional experience for women – recognizing their contributions and creating opportunities for them to develop their careers.
