Antonio Cavarero is the Head of Investments at Generali Asset Management, a key entity in the European market and part of the Assicurazioni Generali group. The company manages assets worth approx. €420 billion, spanning all asset classes for various investment objectives and clients, and operates in both public and private markets.  Antonio joined Generali in 2014, progressively taking on more significant roles within the investment sector.  Previously, he had a 20-year career at major investment banks throughout Europe, including Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Société Générale and Banca IMI, specializing in rates and inflation trading.  Antonio earned his degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Pavia and holds an MBA from the Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale at the University of Turin.
