He is a HR director with 13 years of practice and extensive experience in sales and customer service management.
He is fascinated by developing managerial competencies and in his work he always focuses on the Client’s business results. For 20 years he has been managing large teams and building, in an innovative and effective manner, HR processes combining HR aspects with business strategy.
He has been working with clients within and outside the territory of Europe, in a number of countries such as Poland, Russia, Lithuania, Italy and India. Artur is a graduate of Kielce University of Technology, Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz and of an MBA course at GFKM – Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. He is a PROSCI certified change management practitioner.
