Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Faculty of Finance and Banking) and University College Dublin/Ireland (title: Master in Economic Science in European Economics and Public Affairs). In 2002-2003, she was a scholarship holder and participant in the executive programme of the Robert Bosch Foundation in Germany.

She has been working in the financial market since 2000. She gained experience, among others, in the Securities and Exchange Commission (currently the Polish Financial Supervision Authority) and the Ministry of Finance, where in 2003-2007 she held positions from senior specialist to deputy director of the Capital Market Development Department.

She has been with the Investors Group since 2007. Since 2009, she has been Vice President of the Management Board of Investors TFI. Since June 2023, she has been a member of the Board of the CFA Society Poland.
