Dorota is a graduate in computer science from Wrocław University of Technology and has completed many specialised training courses. She has extensive experience in IT. Since 1991, she has been associated with BZ WBK SA, where she was responsible for the entire IT area of the bank for 9 years in the position of Chief Information Officer. During the merger of Bank Zachodni SA and WBK SA, she was a board member responsible for IT. She led the project to implement a centralised IT system at this bank, which was awarded the title of IT Leader in the Finance and Banking category, and she was named CIO of the Year. She was Director of the IT Division at LUKAS Bank.
However, currently, since 1 June 2010, she has been the IT Division Director at Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.
