Iwona Kozera is the Deputy Managing Partner of the EY EMEIA Consulting team and a member of the EY Poland Executive Team. Before assuming her current role, she led the EY Consulting team in Poland as well as in the Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe and Central Asia (CESA) region
Iwona has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business and regulatory consulting, risk management, and financial reporting.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, she also completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. She is a certified auditor and a graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) program.
Iwona is also the EY EMEIA Area Executive Sponsor of EY’s global platform aimed at promoting gender equality – Women. Fast forward. Iwona is committed to increasing diversity in business leadership.
