Iwona Kozera is the Deputy Managing Partner of the EY EMEIA Consulting team and Sponsor of the Women Fast Forward Program in the EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa) region. She is also a member of the EY Poland Executive Team.
Previously, she led the EY Consulting team in Central and Eastern Europe and Strategy and Transactions team in Poland. As a Leader of the EY Financial Markets Group in Central and South-Eastern Europe she was responsible for EY services in the financial sector. Iwona has almost 30 years of experience in business and regulatory consulting and services related to mergers and acquisitions, in particular, in the financial sector. She was an active participant in the transformation of the Polish financial sector and advised the largest Polish and global financial institutions.

Iwona successfully combines her professional life with commitment to social activities, especially those aimed at promoting women in business. She is the Founder Member of the Women Leadership in Business Foundation established in 2013, which brings together women who have achieved professional success and today bring rich, diverse business experience to a common idea: promoting female entrepreneurship, developing talents and supporting their aspirations and professional independence. The activities of the Foundation, in which Iwona is involved, inspire women to make bold decisions and prepare them, among others, through the largest cross-business mentoring program in Poland (winner of “Super M” competition organized by EMCC – European Mentoring and Coaching Council Poland in 2021), workshops and conferences, to take up work in top management positions.
