Currently, at Nest Bank, he is focused on implementing modern solutions for the bank’s customers, including embedded finance and artificial intelligence in business processes to continuously improve operational efficiency. In his own words, ‘equipping customers with AI tools improves their experience of using banking services, democratises access to modern technology and helps them better understand their finances.’ This is why Nest Bank has developed an AI assistant (N!Assistant) based on the GPT-4 model, the first of its kind available in a banking application in Poland.
