Karol Dzięcioł has over 17 years of experience in the real estate market. Currently, he is a business development advisor at Develia S.A responsible, among others, for the development of joint-venture partnerships, the PRS and student housing segments and M&A’s. His professional experience includes i.a.: REAS (JLL Living), a company dealing with professional consulting on the residential market, where he was director of the development consulting and valuation department. For many years he was responsible for the processes of purchasing residential and commercial real estate at HB Reavis and Echo Investment. In recent years, as a board member, he successfully introduced the British company Frontier Estates to the Polish market, where he implemented, among others, the development of PRS investments, student housing and logistics projects/SBU.
