Krzysztof Bratos has over 18 years of experience in banking, gained at international financial institutions.

He has been working at mBank Group since 2015, where, together with his teams, he develops leading private banking services, the largest retail brokerage bureau, and one of the fastest-growing retail investment distribution platforms in Poland. Since 2021, he has served as the managing director of mBank S.A. responsible for Private Banking, Wealth Management, and the Brokerage Bureau.

Before joining mBank, he gained experience implementing complex projects at leading banks and investment institutions in London and New York (JP Morgan, Royal Bank of Scotland, Kleinwort Benson) for nearly a decade. His portfolio includes many international strategic programs, digital transformation projects, as well as complex mergers and acquisitions.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economy from the Poznan University of Economics and is also a Harvard Business School alumnus.

Privately, he is a proud husband and father of three boys.
