Maciej Dyjas is the Managing Partner and Co-Owner of Griffin Capital Partners. Griffin Capital Partners is the largest privately-owned investment and asset manager in private equity and real estate, energy transition and circular economy, consumers, technology, and other sectors in CEE and Germany.

From 2015 to 2020, Maciej Dyjas was a Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Cornerstone Investment Management (formerly Cornerstone Partners), an investment management company, predominantly active in non-real estate private equity market in Poland.

From 1995 to 2014, Maciej Dyjas was a co-investor and Partner, and subsequently Managing Partner and CEO at Eastbridge Group, an evergreen investment vehicle, founded and owned by the Bruckner family. Together with his functions at Eastbridge, he held several executive and non-executive board positions in companies controlled by the Group. Eastbridge invested in CEE, Western Europe, and the US in diverse industries such as real estate, consumer goods and F&B, telecom, media and technology.

Maciej Dyjas has started his career in technology consulting business in Germany, Western Europe and the US from 1986 to 1994.

In addition to Griffin Capital Partners, Maciej is an individual investor and owns stakes in several other assets.

Maciej is a Polish-German national. He obtained a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Warsaw, and subsequently pursued studies in business and psychology of management and communication in Stuttgart and Frankfurt.
