MARCIN WLAZŁO, Director of Pekao Brokerage, is a manager with 20 years of experience in financial markets. He started his professional career in international asset management corporations: Commercial Union PTE (now Aviva PTE), Credit Suisse Asset Management (Polska) S.A., ING Investment Management Polska (now NN IP TFI) responsible for managing debt portfolios of external clients. From 2011 to 2020, he held executive and management positions in PZU Group entities. From 2016, he served as vice chairman of the board of PZU TFI and PZU PTE. Then, at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, he was director of the Investment Department overseeing domestic and foreign equity investments. By virtue of his positions, he was repeatedly responsible for internal and external customer relations, including representing the employer at industry conferences. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw with a degree in mathematics. He also studied at the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw. During his career, he has completed a number of domestic and foreign industry courses including Goldman Sachs Derivative University, Summer School of Actuarial Science and others in the area of broadly defined financial markets.
