Marek Łach has worked in the banking sector for more than 25 years. At PKO Bank Polski, he is responsible for credit risk management of the largest retail loan portfolio in Poland.
Previously, as Director of the SME Segment at Santander Bank Polska, he was responsible for growing the size and profitability of the SME business.
While working for international banking groups, he took part in projects providing solutions for several countries in Europe and the Americas.
A graduate in mathematics. He is a practitioner of using large-scale analytics to optimize business performance.
