Economist, manager in the NGO and think-tank sector, expert on economic policy, regulation and economic analysis of law. Graduated in economics and political science from the University of Bristol in the UK and in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics.
He completed the Atlas Leadership Academy and Think Tank MBA international training courses organised by the US Atlas Network. Participant in the Advancing Democracy programme of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and the American Jewish Committee. Member of the CEO Summits network – meetings of leaders of the most important freedom NGOs in the world.
In 2017, in defence of the rule of law in Poland, he was one of the invited participants in a hearing organised in the US Congress by the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE). Co-founder of the RuleOfLaw.pl project informing in English about the dismantling of the rule of law
in Poland.
Nominated for the Gazeta Stołeczna ‘Stołek 2016’ award for the ‘Legally over the Vistula’ campaign that ended with a positive decision in the Supreme Court in the strategic litigation.
