He is responsible for developing credit risk management and anti-money laundering tools and processes at Santander Bank Polska. Prior to his current role in the Risk Management Division, he developed credit processes within Santander Bank Polska’s IT structures for all business segments.

In September 2021, he was appointed Head of Europe Risk Engineering at Santander Group, where he co-develops Santander Group’s credit risk management strategy in Europe.

He holds a PhD in economics and a master’s degree in computer science and econometrics from the Poznań University of Economics.
