Michael Wodzicki is a partner and service leader for the financial sector at Strategy& in Poland. As a board member, manager and consultant, he has more than 25 years of experience working with banking and insurance institutions in Poland, Central Europe, Southeast Asia and the United States.
Michael has supported key players in the retail banking and bank insurance industries in strategic consulting and regulatory matters. He has led dozens of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency. At Strategy&, he is responsible for strategy development, effective risk management and operational improvements targeting financial institutions, among others.
He is a graduate of the University of Washington and Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.
