Michal Szwarc has more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, having advised on many multi-billion dollar transactions in Poland and the region. He is an expert in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, debt markets and strategic advisory.
Michal Szwarc was appointed head of J.P. Morgan in Poland in September 2011. Prior to that, he worked for Credit Suisse for 12 years, from 2006 as President of the Management Board and Head of Credit Suisse Investment Banking in Poland. He studied economics at the University of Warsaw and Columbia University in New York.
