Monika Grzelak, Deputy Director at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, leads a team dedicated to supporting foreign direct investments in Poland. Her specialization lies in assisting investors from the business services sector, particularly focusing on strategic R&D projects. She is also involved in developing investment attraction strategies and incentives schemes.

Prior to joining the Agency in 2019, Monika worked in the “Big Four” consulting firms, where she advised clients on financing innovative and R&D projects.

Monika graduated from Warsaw School of Economics and Warsaw University, she holds a degree in Management and Iberian Studies.
