Monika Jezierska is a Partner at EY Poland and is responsible for risk and quality management at EY Consulting in the CESA (Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia) region. She has more than 20 years of experience in the area of risk management – specializing in the implementation of risk management systems, risk modeling, compliance management and control. She deepens her practical experience in implementing risk assessment models and transforming risk areas by also realizing herself as a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Economics. She received a PhD in economics for her work on risk models. She completed the prestigious Advanced Management Program (AMP) conducted by the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra, and numerous international courses (INSEAD, APP, Harvard Business Review). Master’s degree from the Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Banking and Quantitative Methods in Economics (graduated with honors). Holds professional titles FCCA, PMP. Lecturer, speaker at Polish and international conferences, author of many commentaries in the trade press in the area of risk management.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Women Leadership in Business Foundation and also Member of the Board of Directors of European Women on Boards in Brussels, where she focuses her activities on promoting diversity and partnership in business
