Monika has more than 20 years of experience in corporate banking, including more than 15 years of experience in structuring and organizing debt financing, including multi-billion dollar investment projects in project finance, M&A financing, leveraged buyouts, real estate financing, subordinated debt, international syndicated loans with multilateral institutions, etc.
It has completed projects in a variety of sectors, some of the most important include. : raising debt financing for KGHM (USD 1.5bn), Gaz-System (PLN 5.5bn), offshore wind (ongoing), acquisition financing for Vectra, the call and delisting of Synthos (EUR 850m), financing of the acquisition of Inea by Macquarie (PLN 930m), financing for PGNIG (PLN 10bn), syndicated financing for Barlinek (EUR 200m), syndicated financing for Cersanit (EUR 160m, PLN 360m), syndicated financing for Lotos SA and Lotos Paliwa (m. USD 400m), financing for Bioagra/Komagra (PLN 240m; PLN 300m), syndicated financing for Eurocash (PLN 700m), syndicated financing for Polkomtel (PLN 11 billion), financing for Dalkia Polska (PLN 600m), Westin Hotel (EUR 41m) in Warsaw, Kasprowy Hotel in Zakopane, and others.
In 2019, she joined the Pekao Investment Banking team, having previously headed the Structured Finance Department of Pekao SA.
Since 2003, at BPH Bank, Deputy Director in the Structured Finance Department. Previously employed at Bank Austria and Bank PBK heading the Structured Finance teams.
