Piotr Surma is a co-founder and CEO of Ingenix, a company developing a foundational AI model for simulating clinical trials. Before dedicating his efforts to Ingenix, Piotr co-founded Applica, an AI-based Intelligent Document Automation company (acquired by Snowflake in 2022), and Mindbox, a multimillion-dollar RPA, ERP, and Cloud consultancy. Piotr has also held various positions at Hewlett-Packard R&D and Nokia. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the French Grande École IMT Atlantique and a PhD in Philosophy from Warsaw University.
