He has many years of experience in banking, from 2003 to June 2021 he was the President of the Management Board of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A.

In 2005-2008, Mr. Sławomir S. Sikora was a member of the Citigroup Management Committee in New York.

Previously, in the years 2001-2003, he was the President of the Management Board of Bank Amerski w Polsce S.A.

In the years 1994-2001 he worked at Powszechny Bank Kredytowy S.A. as the Head of Corporate and Investment Banking in the rank of Vice President of the Management Board.

In the years 1989 – 1994 he held a number of high-ranking positions in the Ministry of Finance (including he was the Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Institutions).

Mr. Sławomir S. Sikora is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
