Since 2020, he has been a member of the Management Board of the Life Insurance Company Cardif Polska S.A. supervising the Sales and Marketing Division. Being passionate about new technologies, he closely follows their impact on business and the changing world. Among other things, he is responsible for acquiring and developing cooperation with business partners, building the company’s value proposition and transforming the organisation. He focuses on developing insurance products that meet the expectations of the modern consumer and are simple, understandable and accessible to everyone, while guaranteeing great value and quality of service to accompany the offering.
Manager with 20 years of experience in sales, communications, marketing and change management in banking and insurance organisations.
Initially associated with Bank Zachodni WBK (now Santander Bank Polska) where he was responsible for marketing and sales activities, product development, CRM. Between 2008 and 2013 at ING Bank, he managed teams responsible for product offer development and retail market management. Subsequently, he was director of strategy and marketing communications at Warta, and from 2014 to 2017 he managed the retail segment at PZU Group. At Smyk Group, he served as director of customer insight and big data.
He holds a master’s degree from the Poznań University of Economics and an MBA from Georgia State University.
