Global Investors Summit – a project for a whole year

In the wake of the Global Investors Summit 2024 and its spectacular interest among participants, its success and the obvious need to continue its purpose, we undertook a project to promote the idea of democratic development and investment. Hence, we believe that we need to undertake various initiatives throughout the year in different dimensions, countries and for different audiences.

The announcements of our activities in 2025 were made by the Chairman of the EKF Programme Council and Director of the Global Investors Summit project, i.e. Jan Krzysztof Bielecki and Zbigniew Jagiełło, in the New Year issue of the Polityka weekly.

The Polish Capital Day in London organised in March 2025 by PKO BP will feature a session at the Polish Embassy with the Global Investors Summit. It is invited by the renowned British think-tank Chatham House and participants include London investors.

Global Investors Summit 2025 at the European Financial Congress

The aim of the Global Investors Summit 2025, which will take place on 2 June 2025 at the European Financial Congress, is to promote the idea of fostering and strengthening the links between financial and direct investment and respect for democratic principles in host countries. The Global Investors Summit 2025 will be an integral part of the EKF making outreach and access to the final audience more effective and efficient.

The event will see the launch of a publication. It will include texts by prominent political, economic and academic figures on the idea of fostering and strengthening the links between financial and direct investment and respect for democratic principles. The publication is inspired by Lech Wałęsa – Nobel Peace Prize Laureate of 1983, President of the Republic of Poland from 1990 to 95, legendary leader of the Solidarity movement.
