Andrii has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, with expertise in corporate insurance, underwriting, reinsurance, claims handling. He started his carrier in Generali Group and later he held multiple senior roles at INGO, including Head of Reinsurance and International Business, Underwriting Director and Corporate Business Director.
Since 2015, Andrii has been actively engaged in the development of war-risk insurance solutions in Ukraine.

As CEO, he focuses on profitable growth, digital transformation, while positioning INGO as a strategic partner in Ukraine’s recovery and as a trusted player in managing complex and non-standard risks, particularly in the war-risk domain.
