Elena Uljee has over 25 years of finance and executive experience across Europe and Africa.

Since 2015, she has served as General Manager of UNIQA Ukraine, where she has led the company through transformation and growth to the Top 3 market players in Ukraine. Previously, Elena was Deputy Head of the Board at UNIQA, overseeing Finance area.

Her earlier career includes nearly a decade at Kraft Foods Group, where she held senior finance roles across Ukraine, CEEMA Region, Russia, and South Africa, including Director of Finance and Financial Controller.

Elena holds an MBA from IE Business School and is a certified ACCA professional.
