I have been involved with Banking for over 25 years.

Since 2011, I have been working at Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. successfully implementing several processes of transformation:

physical distribution channels, large IT programs and building new digital channels, always building transversal effective teams connecting IT people and business.

I am fascinated by new technology, innovation CX, UX and modern HR. I am a lover of mountains, sailing and skis.
