Maja Schaefer is the Founder and CEO of Zowie, the Customer AI Agent Platform used by brands like InPost, Empik, and Lotto to automate customer interactions across channels.

With a background in computer science, Maja began her career at IBM and later led a software development agency before founding Zowie. The company is backed by Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI fund), Tiger Global, and Altman Capital, and was named one of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 in Central Europe.

She has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 and ranked among the top 50 Polish-born businesswomen.
