Michal leads the Catastrophe Insight team within Impact Forecasting. Using data analytics, modelling, visualization and historical research, he helps clients and wider Aon’s audience to understand natural disaster risk in the past, present and future. Michal co-authors Aon’s Catastrophe Reports, including the annual Weather, Climate and Catastrophe Report. His responsibilities also include management of event response capabilities, including the real-time Automated Event Response solution.

Michal’s experience prior to joining Aon in 2016 included several cartographic and spatial data processing jobs, along with participation on university-based research projects
