Michał spent 21 years in the professional investment management and investment advisory space. Currently a Director at CirCap, a mid-market private equity fund, where he oversees investments in the circular economy and biotech space, acting as both, member of management and supervisory Boards of Bioelektra Group and Stem4Cells. Previously at Montagu Private Equity, where he spent 11 years working on buyout transactions across sectors, including healthcare (Affidea), infrastructure (Emitel) and data management (Oasis Records Management). Michał started his career at Citigroup Investment Banking working on M&A transactions in the London and Warsaw office.
