Sophie is a Director within Aon’s Natural Resources and Transition Practice. She is actively involved in developing new products and solutions to insure the energy transition. She has more than 20 years of experience in the London insurance market.
Prior to joining, Aon she was the Regional Group Practice Leader at Allianz for Downstream Energy, Power and Renewables. She spent most of her early career in broking roles, including 8 years within Marsh Energy Practice as a Lead Client Executive.
She has also been the Energy Lead for Aon Climate, where she focused on understanding Natural Resources clients’ needs related to climate and how Aon solutions can reduce costs, volatility, unlock growth opportunities and increase clients’ resilience against physical risk.
