A graduate at the Kharkiv University of Rockets and Flying objects with Gold Medal and Excellence. Vlad also completed number of training courses in insurance and reinsurance ran by Sedgwick, Marsh, Aon, Munich Re, Scor, Hannover RE over the last 25 years.

Vlad started his insurance career in 1994 in Sedgwick subsequently acquired by Marsh in 1998. He joined Aon in August 2004 as a Country Manager of Ukraine. Since 2010 Vlad took in a regional role for Central & Eastern Europe, first as a Chief Broking Officer and then as a Chief Executive Officer (till now). Since 2013 Vlad also became in charge of responsibilities of Crisis Management Team of Aon London, including Structured Credit and Political Risk team.
Vlad operates both on the retail and reinsurance (facultative and treaty) side and has a wealth of experience in placing complex/specialty lines with the International markets for corporate clients (large local and international).
