Zoran Visnjic is a seasoned insurance executive with over 20 years of international leadership experience, holding Serbian and Canadian citizenship. Currently President of the Supervisory Board for UNIQA Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, he leads organizations generating €2.5B in revenue and €200M in profit. Notably, he spearheaded the highly successful post-merger integration of AXA’s operations in three countries, emphasizing cultural transformation, operational simplification and synergies. Previously, as a UNIQA International AG Board Member, he drove €150M in profitability improvements, transformed sales in 14 countries and implemented a regional Target Operating Model adopted group wide. His earlier roles include CEO of UNIQA Serbia, Managing Director at Empyrean Re (Canada), senior positions at Royal Bank of Canada Reinsurance and Euler Hermes (current Allianz Trade). He holds a BA in Economics, CFA and FRM designations, and executive education from Harvard Business School. An avid basketball and chess player, he also enjoys skiing and travel.”
