In this context, the involvement and strong cooperation of many players operating in the market is crucial. Banks play a key role here. Thanks to their scale of influence, the financial sector is able to shape the appropriate financial flows (including by applying ESG factors in credit and investment assessment and offering attractive green and sustainable products). At the same time, banks are able to reach millions of citizens thanks to their expertise, internal know-how, broad customer base and extensive infrastructure.
