Graduated in mathematics from the Faculty of Science at the Higher School of Pedagogy in Siedlce (now University of Natural Sciences and Humanities) and Executive MBA studies at the University of Warsaw.

Since 2013, she has been with the BIK Group as Managing Director of the IT Area.

Ms Agnieszka Szopa-Maziukiewicz gained her extensive experience in banking. She started in the IT area, from 1993 to 2000 at AmerBank S.A. (DZ Bank). From 2001 to 2010, she held a number of managerial positions at Raiffeisen Bank Polska, responsible, among other things, for the area of project management, development and maintenance of IT systems. Subsequently, she was deputy IT director, responsible for development and projects at Deutsche Bank PBC. From 2011 to 2013, she was director of the IT Department at Kredyt Bank. She excelled in the areas of management, finance and IT, completing such courses as the Harvard Business Review Management Academy and PMI, CMMI and ITIL Foundation training. In 2018, she was honoured with the CIO Diamond of Sector Innovation, ranking among the top three IT heads in Poland.

From July 2019 to December 2022, as vice-president of BIG InfoMonitor, she was responsible for managing processes related to data quality and business information in the BIG database, the automation of operational processes and for supervising the IT projects division.

As of 17.11.2022, she took on the role of CEO of Digital Fingerprints, while managing the IT Area of the BIK Group.
