As he says about himself, he is first and foremost a happy husband and father of five children.
He likes his work and treats it as a passion. Business goals are as important to him as how he achieves them. He is an experienced corporate and investment banker, but above all an effective and caring team leader. He is keen to share his knowledge and spends a lot of time developing the people he works with. Privately and professionally, she is interested in mentoring and coaching. He believes that the main task of a leader is to serve and help others.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking) and a scholarship holder at Staffordshire University Business School.

From 2003 to 2007 he held the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and proxy at Volvo Auto Polska Sp. z o.o.From 1998 to 2003, he worked at ABN AMRO Bank (Poland) S.A. as a senior banker responsible for working with clients in the automotive, consumer goods and healthcare sectors.
From 1996 to 1998, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand Sp. z o.o. as a senior auditor responsible for the banking sector.
