Mariusz is Head of Global Banking IT HUB for BNP Paribas in Poland (B-INFINIT). He has over 15 years of experience in building and managing effective and successful IT teams  – recognized and awarded by independent organizations. 

 Prior to joining BNP Paribas he was responsible for implementation of disruptive and innovative projects and products for financial industry awarded by e.g. Gartner, EFMA, Finnovate, ICMG.org. 

 Mariusz is an author of a Robo-Shepherd profession and Rent-a-Robot business model (recognized by Gartner, Digital Champions, ABSL, Pro Progressio, Global Sourcing Association)  

He is also an agile transformation leader of interdisciplinary teams, author of standards and methods for software engineering, author of IT management skills development programme, lecturer and panellist of renowned conferences (Digital Champions, Puls Biznesu, SGH – Warsaw School of Economics).
