Michał is the leader of EY Technology Consulting. He manages the work of consulting teams in a number of areas such as Insurance, Digital, SAP, RPA, Risk Assurance, Risk Transformation and Cybersecurity. He carries out strategic technological projects. His professional experience also includes large projects implemented using the agile methodology – the Europe’s biggest digitalization projects.
He has over 20 years of experience in IT. He created project organizations which operated simultaneously in over 40 agile teams, delivering major insurance systems, digital solutions and numerous corporate platforms (ECM, ERP, CMS) in direct collaboration with board members.

Prior to joining EY Consulting in Poland, he was the Leader of Global Delivery Services at EY. Before that, for 8 years he had worked as IT director in an insurance company.

Michał is a keen proponent of Agile Portfolio Management and of combining technology with modern business in an informed manner, including hyperpersonalization of sales activities.

In his private life, he is a father of four sons, an enthusiast of sports and technological innovations that change our daily lives.
