Well-functioning management bodies in companies mean well-functioning companies, better financial performance, optimized risks and greater operational capabilities. A goal to which, without exception, all organizations are moving towards. Why, then, are we ignoring one of the most important factors affecting the performance of companies and business organizations? Why is it that we still have not implemented effective processes to increase the presence of women on the boards of directors and supervisory boards of companies.
The report .of the Business Women Leaders Foundation analyzes the percentage presence of ladies in the management structures of companies listed on the WSE over the years 2017 – 2022. The results are alarming. During the debate, data from the report will be discussed and presented. This is a starting point for setting directions for future operational activities.
