Petros Papanikolaou is a regional CEO in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) in Allianz since 2015. He is overseeing operations of 11 countries with fast paced development. Petros has held positions within Allianz across diverse regions since 1998. Starting as a General Manager of Allianz Life Insurance Company in Athens, in 2004 he was appointed as CEO to lead Allianz Greece. As of 2014 he was serving as a Member of Board of Directors in Allianz Benelux. In 2015 Petros Papanikolaou was appointed as CEO of CEE. In this role, he has transformed the region through the entrepreneurial leadership and focus on profitable growth, surpassing ambitious targets while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the teams. He also holds various supervisory board positions in the companies operating in the CEE Region.
